To ensure that we are able to deliver your order in the shortest time possible, your order is processed as soon as your order is placed, therefore we are not able to cancel or make changes to your order. You can decide to return your item within 15 days from the invoiced date.
To be eligible for a return, item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and undamaged, including its price tags, label, original packaging and attached in your parcel the Return Form. Fashionlah.com reserves the right to deny the refund if the item does not meet our requirement.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Once the return is approved, you may proceed to return us the parcel using the following methods:
How to return your order:
– Login to Fashionlah.com and create an online return request. Go to “My Account” -> “Orders“, on your order click “View”.
– Select “ASK FOR A REFUND” to refund an item or “REFUND MY ENTIRE ORDER” to refund the entire order. Enter refund information and click submit the refund request.
– Download and fill in the return form and include it in your parcel.
– Please ensure the return items are in the same condition that you received it, unworn and undamaged, including its price tags, label, original packaging.
– Use a good damage resistant packaging, wrap your item and seal the parcel well.
– You may use the below following methods to deliver the parcel to us.

Terms and conditions
– Refunds will be processed within a 14 to 21 days period starting from the day we receive the returned product.
– Full refunds can only be processed if the original payment was placed with VISA or MASTER
– For other payment modes, refunds can only be made to a Malaysian banking account.
– Partial refunds can only be made to a Malaysian banking account.
– No In-store exchange or refunds allowed.
